Description

• As an M3 EU Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative, market-leading digital data products. • This role involves working closely with commercial and operational teams to gather relevant customer insights. • You will lead new data product development projects and advocate for your products. • The job includes gathering and translating requirements to meet client needs. • You will be accountable for your product throughout the product lifecycle; from ideation to execution and beyond.

Requirements

• Strong background in a Product Management role, preferably with experience in both B2B and B2C environments • In-depth understanding of both Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycles • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience of bringing highly profitable data products to market • Proven track record of discovering, defining and implementing data product features • An understanding of the concepts of data warehousing • SQL skills highly desirable • Data-driven and in possession of critical thinking skills • Excellent stakeholder management skills including oral communication, presentation and lateral influencing • Willing to challenge and ask questions, specifically, “why?” • Passionate about improving the lives of users and empathetic to user needs • Experience in medical media/ communications and an understanding of the Pharma industry would be desirable
