• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) ensuring they are productive and kept within the allotted time. • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. • Help team members to clarify goals and activities to be on-track to achieve the business objectives. • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and disseminating information. • Support and educate product owners, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. • Identify, manage, and help mitigate project issues and risks. • Update weekly project decks to provide visibility into project status and key milestones. • Work closely with stakeholders to refine Statements of Work (SOW) based on evolving project requirements. • Drive process improvements and adoption of agile best practices across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT consulting environment. • Experience in refining Statements of Work (SOW) based on customer feedback. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, and Confluence. • Experience running customer-facing scrum calls and managing stakeholder expectations. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build relationships with internal teams and customers. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards issue resolution.
