Description

• We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Paid Media Team Lead to drive successful campaigns, from strategic planning through execution and performance reporting. • Build and manage new ad accounts and campaigns from the ground up, and creating insightful reports and analysis • Track, optimize, and report on multi-channel paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with client goals • Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities, utilizing various tools • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive improved results • Work closely with the creative team to provide direction on creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives • Monitor and pace spend within assigned accounts to ensure campaigns remain within budget and deliver optimal performance • Engage in internal team meetings to share insights and best practices • Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions to identify innovative strategies and additional growth opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Experience working hands-on keyboard in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager • Ability to make recommendations based on data and campaign performance, and explain the why behind the recommendations • Solid understanding of web analytics and can distill actionable insights from data to reach marketing goals • Experience working in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager • Experience working in Asana project management software • Experience working in Google Workspace and Google Drive (docs, sheets, slides) • Experience using Google Sheets to expedite data analysis for reports • Experience working in Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads • A mix of eCommerce and Lead Gen experience
