📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced TIA Developer with a strong background in PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms, specifically within the TIA insurance system. • The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of the TIA platform, ensuring seamless integration with both internal and external services. • The role requires an individual with expertise in insurance systems, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to thrive in an agile development environment. • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the TIA insurance system using PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms. • Integrate the TIA platform with other internal and external systems to ensure smooth data exchange and functionality. • Participate actively in an agile scrum team, collaborating with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions. • Ensure the performance, security, and stability of the TIA system and its applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the TIA insurance platform. • Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations. • Document system configurations, technical specifications, and implementation procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a TIA Developer with expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms. • Strong knowledge of the TIA insurance platform and its integration with enterprise systems. • Understanding of insurance processes, particularly in property and general insurance. • Proven ability to design and implement customized solutions within the TIA system. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in an agile development environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
