• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates • Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to facilitate decision-making process • Manage the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding candidates • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
• Fluent in English • Prior experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting
