• Provide high quality and evidence based behavioral health services • Individual, couple’s, family, and group therapy provision • Crisis assessment and intervention as needed • Document work per standards in diagnostic evaluations • Participate in team meetings and clinical activities
• 2+ years post graduate clinical experience • Clinical training on chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy • Ability to provide accurate client assessment including diagnosis and treatment plans • Competent in crisis intervention • Knowledge and expertise in solution-focused, brief therapy • Engage in effective interactions across all levels • Effective time management for caseload and documentation • Develop working relationships with peers • Ability to resolve individual conflicts • Flexibility to adjust to new situations and priorities • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software products
