📋 Description

• Build the future of AI-powered healthcare experiences. • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django, Django Ninja, and Channels. • Integrate AI capabilities into the application via Langchain and OpenAI APIs. • Implement and manage data exchange with external EHR systems using GraphQL APIs. • Build and optimize user-facing features with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn. • Translate product requirements into clean, functional, and scalable interfaces. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to tools, processes, and systems. • Write clean, well-tested code and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality. • Identify and resolve performance or security issues in both frontend and backend components. • Collaborate with the DevOps lead to ensure smooth deployments on AWS EKS using Terraform. • Mentor and support future team members as the engineering team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Django and Python in production environments. • Proven experience building modern frontend applications using React and Next.js. • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn. • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, and experience with CI/CD workflows. • Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform. • Ability to contribute to both backend and frontend codebases. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative setting. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Comfortable working in a startup or early-stage environment where flexibility and initiative are key.
