Description

• Participate in support calls with customer and professional services team for timely resolution of issues • Troubleshoot customer environment problems in different deployment model • Adapt to changes as they arise from business & customer needs • Establish best practices for our varying deployment models including hardware and storage recommendations • Communication across the product and throughout the organization to share knowledge and build consensus. • Provide informal and formal mentorship within and outside the team. • Identify and advocate for improvements across process, tools and architecture

Requirements

• Expertise in designing and measuring the performance of on-prem storage systems (JBOD, Dell PowerVault, Dell Unity, VMWare SAN, etc.) • Proficiency with networking design, protocols (ie: S3, iSCSI) • 3+ years of experience with Python and/or Go • 3+ years or experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters • Experience working with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure) • Proficiency in Linux shell scripting (create, debug, maintain, etc.) • Proficiency using Git based version control systems
