Description

• Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule • Generate leads (including cold calls), present, promote and sell aircraft components and related services to existing and prospective customers • Active outreach to suppliers of products in the market. • Negotiations with suppliers and customers to maximize profit • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs for assets and spare parts • Forecast sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness • Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, etc.

Requirements

• Proven work experience of B2B international trading within aviation sector is required • Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering is preferred but not mandatory • Existing network of contacts within the aviation sector in India will be highly beneficial • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Ability to open, maintain and develop new customers • Goal-driven and proactive approach with good stress tolerance, as the industry is 24/7 • Excellent English language required, all other languages will be an advantage • Experience of using Quantum software will be beneficial
