Description

• We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who lives and breathes data-based product thinking • Actively define and deliver features, processes, and optimizations that help innovate literacy solutions • Responsible for on-time delivery and release that is in-line with the organization’s product goals • Work alongside researchers and curriculum experts to drive using data for best learning experiences • Identify user pain points and value-creation opportunities among cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 4-5 years product management experience • Organized, detail-oriented team leadership with strong project management skills • Structured, collaborative, and clear written and oral communication skills, especially in conveying analytical concepts to cross-functional teammates with expertise in disciplines outside of traditional tech • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience in design and hypothesis-driven product development • A track record of a strong bias for action, generating results as a PM in high performing environments, balanced with a strategy-level perspective • A desire to make the world a better place through technology and reading education • Expertise in applying user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences • A track record as a voracious, curious, and active learner • A knack for self-starting, rolling up your sleeves to do the work, being resourceful and innovative in finding answers in an ambiguous situation.
