Description

• Understand social media challenges from a business perspective, extract and analyze relevant data, and create automated solutions to address them. • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, acquire new prospects, and reduce attrition on social media platforms. • Utilize analytics and BI tools to analyze customer behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making and optimize social media strategies. • Apply strategic statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis specific to social media metrics. • Design and create visual content, such as infographics and charts, to effectively communicate social media insights. • Employ advanced data visualization techniques and build wireframes to communicate proposed solutions.

Requirements

• University Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or any degree with exceptional ability in quantitative analytics. • Students in their final year of uni or recent grads with a passion for social media analytics are also welcome to apply. • A strong desire to apply your quantitative background to manipulate and analyze social media data.
