The Role: • We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support / Tech Support Specialist to join our remote team. • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, resolving queries, and offering solutions with patience and understanding. • Your contribution will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and support. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and empathetic help to customers through various channels (email, chat, phone). • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users. • Guide customers through features and functionalities of our products. • Record and document customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions. • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. • Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services. • Identify and suggest ways to improve our support processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Residency in Ireland is mandatory. • Proven experience in customer support, tech support, or a similar role. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. • Patience and understanding, with a genuine desire to help others. • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software. • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or IT is a plus.
