Description

• Industry: Software as a Service (SaaS) in AI. • Position: Senior Finance Assistant for SaaS AIPRM. • Location: 100% Remote, 95% Async, 100% in Writing. • About Us: At AIPRM, we reside at the nexus of AI-driven innovation and peak technological performance. • Joining AIPRM positions you at the forefront, crafting the digital future. • You will manage daily accounting, handle customer complaints, disputes and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance. • This position requires collaboration with our CPA and core team for meticulous tax compliance and financial operations. • Manage and oversee all aspects of daily financial operations. • Daily use of Stripe for billing and dispute answering. • Daily use of Quickbooks. • Manage vendors, invoices, and payments. • Work closely with financial service providers, CPA and core team to address financial issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting. • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail. • Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe. • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise. • Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams. • Mature candidates with a robust background in finance will be given preference. • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
