📋 Description
• You will be joining the Brokerage Sales Team. • Our job is to grow our customer wallet share for acquisitions, dispositions, and title on their purchases and sales of rental properties. • The Brokerage Sales is tasked with expanding our industry-leading position amongst the top institutional investors in SFR to a broader institutional audience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from competitive college or university, with a major in economics, finance, accounting, political science, or a STEM field strongly preferred. • Min 2 yrs experience in transactional sales (ex. Financial sales & trading, commercial RE brokerage, appraisal/valuation, title, commodities/freight, etc.) • Note: Experience in transaction coordination or brokerage support does not qualify • Excellent Excel modeling skills • Excellent Slides presentation skills • Excellent communication skills • Location: San Francisco or New York is highly preferred
