• maisa AI is an AI Research Lab and AI SaaS startup • We provide a platform for managing Digital Workforce of Autonomous AI Workers • Solutions Engineer to implement technology for enterprises and collaborate on product requirements • Key responsibilities include technical implementation, product development collaboration, customer success, and platform enhancement

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Golang and Python • Familiarity with Rust for small-scale feature development • Experience with web technologies and REST APIs • Deep understanding of event-driven architectures • Experience with high-concurrency environments • Hands-on experience with Kafka, EventBridge, or similar event streaming platforms • Knowledge of distributed systems design • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations • Experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought approaches • Familiarity with AI model deployment and integration • Experience integrating AI services at scale • Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) • Understanding of containerization and orchestration • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools • Experience with software development lifecycle
