Description

•Marché Goodfood is a leader in meal solutions, delivering fresh meals across Canada. •Salary range based on performance: starting at $20/hour. •Mandatory 3 weeks training - Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm. •Availability minimum 4-5 days, 1 weekend day (flexible schedule). •Answer customers emails, live chats and phone calls. •Assist customers in their Goodfood Market accounts. •Be a product expert, including ever-changing menus. •Think on your feet to find creative solutions.

Requirements

•University or college degree (min DEC) •Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service role •Fluency in English and French WRITTEN and SPOKEN •Expert level oral and written communication skills •Positive attitude and Team player •Ability to multitask and easily manage stress •You have a passion for problem solving and are an active listener. •Recent graduates welcome!
