📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester with hands-on experience in ecommerce applications. • You will play a key role in ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience across our digital products. • Analyze requirements, and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and regression testing. • Perform manual testing on web and mobile platforms across various devices and browsers. • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. • Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate features. • Conduct end-to-end testing of eCommerce workflows and ensure data integrity across backend systems. • Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on potential risks and testability.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of manual QA testing experience, preferably in the eCommerce domain. • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. • Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps (iOS/Android). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think from a customer's perspective. • Familiarity with tools like Browserstack, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar. • Knowledge of backend testing including databases (SQL basics) is a plus. • Good communication skills and attention to detail. • Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of automation concepts or tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.). • Exposure to API testing and tools like Postman or Swagger.
