Description

• Oversee and optimize engineering projects that closely interlock with the Services team. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. • Design and implement a system to maintain a single source of truth across internal systems. • Develop and enforce an effective backlog management process to ensure alignment. • Continuously source and evaluate ideas from the team for improving productivity. • Identify and drive new projects in response to company growth. • Manage the change and transformation processes within the team. • Act as an agile coach for the engineering organization to promote agile methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, and agile transformation. • Experience consulting for B2B SaaS scale-up companies is highly desirable. • Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of agile methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach). • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective processes and systems. • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its specific challenges and opportunities. • Prior experience working as a consultant in a high growth B2B SaaS environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
