Description
• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. • Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks. • Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary. • Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues. • Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates to improve project standardization and efficiency. • Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Handle all customer communication across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
• Master's degree in project management or related technical field required. • Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred. • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. • 3+ years of Project management experience in the field of software implementations • Experience with complex data projects where a systematic approach is crucial to success. • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis • A creative mind that can think outside the box. • Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to challenging data problems.
