Description

• Maintain data integrity, administer sales systems, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. • Streamline the customer journey from lead generation to deal closure. • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track our sales achievements. • Oversee and manage sales systems, including HubSpot. • Establish and maintain clear data entry standards and protocols. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure cleanliness and accuracy for reliable reporting and forecasting. • Streamline and enhance processes to improve revenue growth. • Create accurate sales forecasts for investor reporting. • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize revenue-related processes and systems.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a RevOps or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven experience with HubSpot is essential, including a HubSpot certification. • High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create complex formulas, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards. • Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with insights into key metrics and processes important to scale-ups in the supply chain software sector. • Strong background in data governance, including experience in establishing data entry standards, conducting audits, and ensuring data accuracy.
