Description

• Work very closely with customers to understand their technical requirements. • Map relevant data and ensure integration workflows are seamless. • Run end-user trainings. • Provide technical support to customers during software implementation and deployment. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field. • Minimum of 3-5yrs experience in complex software implementation, data management or similar background. • Experience working with large data-sets and data integration tools. • High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP. • Strong understanding of database design and SQL. • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. • Excelling problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis. • Creative mind that can think outside the box. • Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to tough data problems.
