Description

• Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering. • Deliver the best quality product to our clients. • Regression testing to ensure configuration meets established standards. • Inspect configuration at the end of each 2-week sprint. • Interact with Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers and Software Engineers to understand modifications. • Understand documentation relating to the business process review. • Develop and execute Test Plans to validate system changes and functionality. • Identify and track defects, providing reports of test outcomes. • Recommend and institutionalize QA best practices, methodology and tool. • Work closely with Solutions Engineering team to improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Educational background in computer science/math/physics/engineering and/or business/commerce/finance • Experience across the testing lifecycle – development of Test Plans, creation of Test Cases and Test Scripts, Test Reporting, and Test Data Management • Experience creating test plans covering positive, negative, and edge case testing • Experience in testing Web applications with different browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) • Ability to work on QA tasks independently • You have excellent documentation and writing skills • Highly organized, ability to multitask and work well under pressure • You possess the ability to learn and retain technical knowledge quickly • You have knowledge of the application development practices working as a member of an implementation team practicing software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/Scrum • Test automation experience is preferred • Experience with JIRA preferred • Working knowledge and experience in the investment or wealth management industry is preferred
