• A significant experience as a senior individual contributor (ideally in java/Kotlin) • A first experience in people management (Tech lead, Engineering manager ...) • Good architectural skills and familiarity with modern software development practices • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in written and spoken English and French
