📋 Description
• You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and design custom integration solutions. • Communicate effectively with customers to provide guidance and support with deployment and integration of Maltego within their systems. • Evaluate customer needs and existing systems for compatibility. • Customize and configure solutions to fit customer requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed. • Collaborate with customers, and internal teams to scope, design, and plan projects. • Provide technical and architectural recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions and projects. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data integration with Maltego during technical phases. • Lead customer technical calls, including data workshopping sessions. • Support the development of integrations, including development, code reviews, and quality assurance.
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry • Bachelor's degree in an applicable IT field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience • Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to engage with clients and lead technical discussions • Solid technical knowledge of virtual machines, Docker, and cloud hosting environments (Azure or AWS) • Proficient in Kubernetes, terminal services, and related technologies • Experience with Python, API integration, and databases • Expertise in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) • Skilled in solution design and architecture • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
