📋 Description

• We’re transforming customer service in the real estate industry with AI-driven solutions. • As a Backend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building, scaling, and optimizing the backbone of our platform. • Develop and Optimize APIs: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are robust, scalable, and secure. • Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability. • Infrastructure & Scalability: Collaborate with the team to build a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting rapid customer growth. • DevOps & Deployment: Support the automation of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring. • Maintain System Reliability: Ensure uptime, system health, and scalability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Frontend, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions. • Security Best Practices: Implement best practices for API and database security, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on APIs and databases. • Technical Skills: Proficient in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar). • Strong expertise in API development (REST, GraphQL) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture. • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines). • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex issues and come up with scalable, maintainable solutions. • Ownership & Responsibility: Proactive, self-driven, and ready to take full ownership of your tasks. • Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
