Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, People Ops, or related role. • Experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Consultancy firms is a big plus. • An understanding of US Labor Law or US-based related experience is a huge plus. • Excellent Business English skills. All interviews will be held in English. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A passion for creating a positive workplace environment and fostering employee engagement. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment. • Interest in ongoing learning and development, especially in areas related to HR trends and employee engagement strategies. • Ability to work from a home office. Some travel may be required from time to time. • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (EST) with some flexibility.
