Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. •1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Please note all interviews will be conducted in English. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. •Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus. •High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. •Positive and team player personality. •Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly. •Ability to work from a home office. •Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES with some flexibility.
