Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. • Proven experience in global recruitment and understanding of international hiring practices. Experience in the US market is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Please note all interviews will be conducted in English. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be dependable, able to work independently, and stay on task. • Positive and team player personality. • High level of integrity and confidentiality. • Willingness to learn about HR Services, Labor Law, and Compliance of US Companies. • Strong attention to meticulous details. • Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly. • Ability to work from a home office. • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES with some flexibility. • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and contributing to company culture.
