• Play a critical role on the Managed Services team supporting the production environment • Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams for support • Take on project related work when time allows
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience working as SAP BRIM SOM and Master Data consultant • Hands on designing, configuring, interfacing with SAP SOM • Hands on designing and testing applications in BRIM • Expertise in service management, troubleshooting, configuration, and functional development • Support and interface with key processes of standard SAP SOM within SAP BRIM solution including master data, orders, contracts and product modeling • Effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize issues and monitor queues • Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures • System Monitoring: Performance, availability, and potential issues • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving system issues or incidents • Root Cause Analysis: Investigating recurring issues and identifying patterns • Configuration Maintenance: Managing and maintaining SAP system configurations • Documentation: Creating and updating technical documentation • Change Management: Collaborating with stakeholders on changes • Coordination with Stakeholders: Working with cross-functional teams • Adherence to Best Practices: Compliance with best practices and security protocols • Emergency Response: Available for on-call support during critical issues
