📋 Description
• Looking for an experienced growth lead for user acquisition in the UK. • Leading growth strategy and acquiring users in DTC and BTB space. • Work closely with Product Manager and CEO to inspire users and enhance word-of-mouth. • Own acquisition efforts across Local Paid marketing channels and partnerships. • Own activation and retention metrics and improve them through experiments. • Identify experiments for continuous improvement. • Run experiments in collaboration with developers and designers. • Establish closed-loop analytics for lead conversion understanding. • Identify partnerships with literacy stakeholders. • Build SEO strategy and write engaging content.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in fields of Growth Marketing, affiliate marketing and/or acquisition campaign management in the UK. • Growth mindset and a solid understanding of all performance marketing channels: Paid, SEO, CRO, affiliate marketing, content marketing, and email marketing automation • Strong understanding of data and how data is collected and what metrics you need to evaluate the effectiveness of your experiments. • Understanding of product development lifecycle and how to engage with a technical team and make your priorities heard. • Documented experience on how you use data in your decision-making process • Have proven experience in go-to-market marketing strategies and execution • Understanding of business intelligence: data readiness, analytical skills • Understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation and brand positioning. • Technical skills to setup campaigns and collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of your efforts. • Understanding of product development lifecycle and how to engage with a technical team and make your priorities heard.
