🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and bar certification in good standing from any US state • At least 10 years of experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (both inbound and outbound) • At least 4 years of experience reviewing and negotiating request for proposal terms • Experience reviewing and negotiating Data Privacy Agreements • Proficient in using a MacBook • Proficient in using Google Business Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro for the red lining commenting in comparison of legal contracts
