🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture or similar •Must come from Architectural firm •Be proficient in Revit with at least 3 years of experience documenting construction sets of drawings. (Essential) •Have proven Australian experience in construction documentation and detailing across various project types, with a strong focus on multi-residential buildings using Revit. (Essential) •Be capable of working effectively both autonomously and within a small team environment. •Follow instructions from the Project Architect and complete tasks comprehensively and in a timely manner. •Possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities. •Ideally, have knowledge of Australian regulations, including BCA/NCC, Residential Code, and relevant legislation. •Be able to amend and update designs/documentation based on consultant feedback and reports. •Maintain high standards in delivery with a keen attention to detail.
