• This is a great opportunity for a skilled Head of Paid Media to join a company that offers work-life balance, innovative and dynamic features to ensure the appropriate quality of service. • Company established by former Google employees delivering insider knowledge in digital marketing. • The Head of Paid Media will handle a team of three and manage client relationships. • Responsible for running digital marketing campaigns, improving processes, and ensuring performance. • Develop PPC offering in line with wider strategy, maintain knowledge of industry changes. • Proactively propose new channels, manage a portfolio of Google Ads clients, deliver reports. • Train, mentor, and manage the PPC Management Team. • Perform budget checks, support high-performing PPC campaigns, and track tasks through project management system.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Head of PPC role. • Desire to work within a smaller, growing agency, where you’ll be a big part of the company’s success and report Directly to the owner. • Strong understanding of tracking and tagging • Google qualified • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Solo Ads, Web design, Email Marketing and Apollo.com • Confident communicator and ability to build relationships • Be able to lead and nurture a team • Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs • Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines • Strong work ethic and an appetite to succeed. • Analytical way of working • Collaborative worker and all-round team player
