📋 Description

• As a Power Platform Engineer, you will build custom business applications using Power Apps canvas and model-driven • Develop, optimise and document automated workflows with Power Automate • Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI • You will also seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems • Our client is a UK-based company that specializes in payroll services, payroll compliance, and contractor recruitment • They are well-versed in regulatory changes and best practices • They also provide human resources and recruitment services, assisting companies with temporary and contract labor, particularly in the construction, driving, medical, social working, and teaching sectors • Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and seeking a passionate, skillful, self-motivated, and collaborative Power Platform Engineer to join their dynamic team • This career opportunity is perfect for those who aim to join a team committed to fostering strong relationships, high accountability, and collaborative teamwork • Duties and responsibilities: • Design & Development: • Build custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) • Develop, optimise and document automated workflows with Power Automate • Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI • Building data pipelines from Dynamics 365 & external sources into Power BI for real-time analytics • Integration: • Seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems • Leverage Microsoft Dataverse and Graph API to connect various data sources • Experience in leveraging Azure Logic Apps to design and implement integration workflows that orchestrate data flows between Microsoft platforms and third-party apps • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling to ensure these business-critical integrations are reliable and performant • Ensure all integration solutions adhere to stringent security standards and GDPR requirements, with appropriate encryption and access controls • Develop and maintain custom connectors to accommodate systems that lack pre-built integrations, continuously optimising them as external APIs evolve • Collaboration & Innovation: • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives • Document existing automation processes • Support & Maintenance: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Power Platform applications • Document solutions and maintain best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform • Proven track record in designing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Office 365, and SharePoint integrations • Experience with JSON, REST, Azure Active Directory, and Security & Compliance • Familiar with data modelling, integration techniques, and API-based communications • Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related • Certifications in PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer, PL-100: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate • Azure Logic Apps
