• This is a great career opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established international company with vibrant, friendly, and supportive working environment. • Our client offers expert sales and marketing support and strategies to help businesses stand out in today’s competitive marketplace. • To assist businesses to transform their marketing approach through the provision of website development and content development plans linked to commercial intent customer search behaviour. • To devise and implement SEO strategies for Growth Partners and the customers of Growth Partners to optimise organic search rankings and maximise the return on investment for all. • Undertake keyword research and competitor analysis in conjunction with the Digital Enablement Programme outputs. • Conduct technical, content and link-based audits to develop a strategic roadmap to meet growth objectives. • Ensure all Growth Plan roadmap items are delivered on time to a high standard and are communicated effectively to customers. • Collaborate with the wider StoryHouse team, developers and any other external agencies to streamline and prioritise the implementation of SEO initiatives as part of each client's ongoing site development work. • Create customised Google Data Studio Dashboard to highlight key performance metrics and discuss in detail with client stakeholders. • Perform site migrations, replatforming, IA restructures and website design refreshes - mitigate risk and maximise performance as required. • Compile and present broad SEO strategy documents which outline thorough research and justifications for the proposed roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum three to five years in SEO within a corporate organisation or large agency • Minimum three + in SEO within a corporate organisation or large agency • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred • In depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices (Ahrefs | Semrush | Google Search Console | Google Analytics) • Intermediate knowledge of HTML with knowledge of CSS and JavaScript an advantage • Experience with major analytics platforms • Skilled in website analysis • Experience across multiple CMS platforms (WordPress, Silverstripe, Shopify) • Experience dealing with customers in all communication mediums including email and 'face-to-face' meetings over Zoom • Strong understanding of business operations and goals outside of SEO objectives in order to be able to deal with business owners and understand their business from a commercial perspective • Preferred experience with eCommerce platforms • Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations • High level of English ability • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • The ability to manage multiple projects • The ability to work under pressure • Strategic thinking, logical and analytical problem solver • Initiative
