• Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts, to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to the company website. • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives, increase followership, and enhance brand visibility. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance. • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives. • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach, increase engagement, and build brand credibility. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations to leverage influencer networks. • Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates to measure the success of social media efforts. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and keep the brand ahead of the curve. • Ensuring that customer needs are met by coordinating with other departments to address inquiries, complaints, or issues related to operations. • Carry out all relevant activities required for the success of the company. Any other duties analogous with the post as determined from time to time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry or role. • E-Commerce experience highly advantageous • Demonstrated success in growing social media presence, engaging audiences, and driving measurable results. • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand identity. • Can created basic posters and videos • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful messaging for social media posts, responses, and advertisements. • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and extract actionable insights. • Ability to think strategically and develop data-driven social media strategies that support broader marketing objectives and contribute to business growth. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives. • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and challenges in the social media landscape, as well as willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
