Description
• Responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of clients’ IT infrastructure • Manage servers, networks, security protocols, and user access to support operational efficiency and organizational goals
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT Support or in a similar role • Must have client-facing experience • Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting • Experience with Server 2012 to 2022 • Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization • Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting • Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications. • Must have at least 2 of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
