• The Payroll and HRIS Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the payroll process and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s HR systems. • Responsible for overseeing the payroll process and managing the organization's Human Resources Information System. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain employee records, and implement HRIS enhancements to streamline HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, data analytics, business administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in multi-state payroll processing and HRIS administration. • In-depth knowledge of U.S. multi-state payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports. • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc) • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have experience working a Night shift schedule • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
