• Bachelor’s degree OR at least 5 years of relevant sales experience without a degree. • Preferred Industry Background: Automotive aftermarket, heavy-duty, off-road equipment, or related industries. • Proven ability to meet sales goals with sound business management, customer relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities. • Ability to deliver product training and implement new sales strategies. • Up to 65% domestic/regional travel required. • Valid U.S. Driver’s License. • Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred.
