• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. • Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs • Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system • Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries • Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
• Native or near-native Italian speakers • Fluency in English • Clear Communication Skills • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
