Description

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers • Communicate professionally in written and verbal form • Review claims and ensure proper handling • Document claim files accurately • Obtain and update file information accurately

Requirements

• Bilingual (French & English) required • Basic mathematical skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service-oriented • Working knowledge of government legislation (an asset) • Knowledge of investment products (an asset) • 1-2+ years’ experience in adjudicating claims (an asset) • Working knowledge of processing and imaging systems (an asset) • Basic knowledge of administrative systems (an asset) • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in multitask environment
