• As a Desktop Infrastructure Engineer, you will work on engineering and maintenance of the corporate desktop infrastructure including Windows environment, and on implementing and supporting infrastructure initiatives. • Manage, optimize, and modernize platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved. • Assist in following corporate hardening standard by working closely with governance teams including Risk, Security, and Audit. • Analyze, diagnose and resolve complex desktop end user problems and suggest corrective solutions. • Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support. • Identify and apply standard methodologies.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MECM) experience is a must • Minimum 5 or more years of demonstrated enterprise experience in supporting SCCM/MECM with complex environment • Intensive knowledge with desktop asset management software including System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot • Advanced knowledge of patch management and software distribution, group policy • Sound knowledge of tools such as Bomgar, Tanium solutions, Aternity and Qualys platform would also be beneficial • Basic knowledge of resolving network issues involving Ethernet and IP configuration • Proficiency in Microsoft support tools, such as DNS, storage and networking • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated effectiveness in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to taking initiative and owning tasks or problems.
