• Assist in developing and executing an effective social media strategy to enhance the company’s and its subsidiaries’ brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across various social media platforms. • Manage all social media channels, create content, schedule posts, engage the community, and track analytics. • Develop and implement social media campaigns to support key company announcements, initiatives, and product launches. • Monitor social media trends and industry best practices; provide insights to internal stakeholders and adjust social media strategies as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams (comms, design, legal, etc.) to ensure all social media content aligns with the company's values and objectives. • Build relationships with industry influencers to expand the company's reach and enhance the brand’s credibility. • Respond to stakeholder inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies. • Identify and take down fake social media accounts that impersonate the company or key stakeholders, working closely with platform support teams to ensure swift action.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, in house or at an agency, preferably in the technology, energy, or Bitcoin industry. • Proven experience helping develop and executing social media strategies for multiple accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor social media analytics and industry trends, derive insights, and provide guidance on a constantly evolving social media and product marketing strategies. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms and product marketing materials. • Attention to detail is a must. • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns, content, and product marketing initiatives. • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. • Strong organizational skills. A history of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects.
