Description

• Key subject matter expert and project manager for Marathon Health's Wellness Incentive Platform • Collaborate with internal Client Advocates for tailored incentive programs • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and brokers • Partner with clients to assess their health and wellness needs • Provide expert advice on best practices and create strategic plans • Evaluate existing programs and enhance client engagement • Establish collaborative partnerships across the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health education, health promotion, exercise science, nutrition, psychology, public health, or a related field • At least 4 years of experience in health-related topics and incentive design programs • 4 years in the healthcare or worksite wellness industry; online wellness platforms experience preferred • Strong understanding of wellness programs, chronic conditions, and behavior change theories • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment • Proven record with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
