• Responsible for overall operations of multiple health centers • Staff development & management • Health center performance results • Continuous improvement of all functions • Maximize efficiency within the centers • Meeting financial, regulatory compliance and patient & client satisfaction goals • Serve as the primary Marathon contact for clients within assigned region • Some travel required, up to 60%

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration • 3-5 years of relevant healthcare operations experience • Previous clinical management experience in physician practice setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
