Description
• Collaborate with engineers to generate new reports and tooling for our internal analytics platform • Partner with stakeholders across business, sales, and success to identify key insights • Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data collection, transformation, and reporting • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical teams through clear data visualizations and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and/or experience working as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer • Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis, including experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or ggplot2 • Experience with Kibana and MySQL • Excellent communication skills and ability to empower non-technical folks with data that delivers actionable insights • Experience collaborating with engineers to design and implement data reporting tools and workflows
