• MariaDB is making a big impact on the world. • Companies small and large, including 75% of the Fortune 500, run MariaDB. • We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive our MariaDB Enterprise Tools, Kubernetes Operator, and Cloud Managed Service offerings. • The Product Manager will own the vision and execution for these critical components. • You will work closely with enterprise customers who require high-performance tools and services. • You will collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that address complex challenges in enterprise tools, cloud management, and scalability. • This role requires a product leader who understands both enterprise workloads and cloud-native operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software, cloud technologies, or database platforms. • Strong technical background with understanding of database systems, cloud management, and enterprise tools. • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, and SQL or enterprise tool functionalities. • Proven track record of successful product launches. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences. • English Fluency (Verbal & written) • Experience with MariaDB products or similar database ecosystems. • Experience with enterprise software development and deployment processes. • Knowledge of cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ecosystems. • Strategic understanding of enterprise tools, cloud-native landscape, and database market trends. • Background in enterprise software and open-source business models. • Experience with monitoring, analytics, and AI-powered enterprise tools. • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
