📋 Description

• MariaDB is making a big impact on the world. • We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive our MariaDB Enterprise Tools, Kubernetes Operator, and Cloud Managed Service offerings. • As the voice of both the market and the customer, you will collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that address complex challenges in enterprise tools, cloud management, and scalability. • The Product Manager will own the vision and execution for these critical components, helping customers leverage MariaDB’s capabilities for backup/restore, audit, monitoring, analytics, AI, and cloud-native database management. • You will work closely with enterprise customers who require high-performance tools and services while maintaining compatibility with MariaDB's broader ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software, cloud technologies, or database platforms. • Strong technical background with understanding of database systems, cloud management, and enterprise tools. • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, and SQL or enterprise tool functionalities. • Proven track record of successful product launches. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences. • English Fluency (Verbal & written).
