📋 Description
• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for Enterprise Tools, Kubernetes Operator, and Cloud Managed Service based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and specifications for new features and improvements in enterprise tools, cloud management, and database operations. • Analyze customer usage patterns and pain points to identify opportunities for product enhancement in monitoring, analytics, backup/restore, audit, and AI capabilities. • Work closely with support and services teams to understand deployment challenges and performance optimization needs. • Maintain deep technical knowledge of database technologies, enterprise tools, and cloud-native architectures. • Define and track key performance metrics for product adoption and success. • Identify integration opportunities across MariaDB products and third-party tools to enhance enterprise and cloud capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software, cloud technologies, or database platforms. • Strong technical background with understanding of database systems, cloud management, and enterprise tools. • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, and SQL or enterprise tool functionalities. • Proven track record of successful product launches. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences. • English Fluency (Verbal & written)
