📋 Description

• On an average day, you might build a dashboard in salesforce to measure pipeline attainment, integrate marketing tech to collect and correlate data, develop custom reports for our executive team, analyze the impact of a website redesign or collaborate with your marketing colleagues to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness. • As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collecting data and leveraging it to support, analyze, optimize and report on marketing and pipeline efforts and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative, cross-functional relationships across various levels and organizational roles. • Self-starter, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions, and presenting insights and results to general Marketing, Sales and Finance audiences. • Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce expertise required), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • 8+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility driving cross-functional marketing operations initiatives.
