• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and goals • Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Produce high-quality video content, including product videos, social reels, and promotional material. • Edit videos to ensure they're optimized for each platform • Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly • Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and credibility. • Planned and executed product photo and video shoots. • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and growth, particularly on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Expert-level skills in video editing and production • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms • Familiarity with e-commerce and driving sales through social media • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices • Experience in influencer outreach and management • Excellent visual and written communication skills • Familiarity with product photography and videography • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and video content
